Epazote - Dry Form Herb

Epazote's sublime flavors and aromas make it a perfect complement to your beloved dishes - from black beans to corn and even cheese quesadillas. To bring out its full potential, add 1-2 tablespoons of chopped fresh (preferably younger) leaves or 1 teaspoon of dried leaves per pound of beans. Delicious!
